We talk to potential tenants and buyers. We see where we can make a cost effective change to the asset to achieve a better market price. We Stabilize or Sell.
Do we use the sale proceeds to buy again or do we leverage against potential revenues to release capital. We look to try invest in the same demographic, if market pricing shows no attraction then we look elsewhere.
