We have started to put together the information into base General arrangement plans for the vessel with the information in hand. We will also start setting up a wish list for the vessel. From there we formulate the desired layouts so we can modify the GA plans and exterior design profiles accordingly.
Phase 1 – Design Study – Exploring the design options in 2D and formulating requirements from the information in hand.
Phase 2 – Onsite Survey – Documenting current as built and gathering information onsite for future engineering purposes.
Phase 3 – Preliminary Design and Engineering – Engineering Study including preliminary Naval Architecture.
Phase 4 – Basic Design and Engineering – Full development of vessel design and related arrangements.

All the structural work has been carried out, whether on the hulls, decks, and superstructures :
CdP90 was followed by RINA, epoxy composite construction Empty hull with out any : propellers ; shaft lines ; brackets ; stabilisers ; or any others protrusions.
TOWING INFO – On the 90’ : 4 mooring bollards(side and aft) ; 2towing posts(fwd) ; 2fairlead for towing lines.
All the structural composite works are done, Hull + Deck + BHD’s +Stringers + Tanks, and the engine beds the boats are with exterior gelcoat finishing.
All tanks are structural and watertight with inspection hatches and fitted bolts on metallic flanges.
LAUNCH FOR TOW
Our planning for boats’s Launch after verification is the 22nd September 2023.
The attached pdf indicates the towing condition considering the ballasting weights as advised by the yard. Each condition indicates the tank filling as well as any solid ballast and its location (if applicable). Our observations from above are that the ballasted vessels are adequately stable, especially with regards to initial stability.

Our Tug company can sail from Malta as from 21st September so that vessel can reach Malta by the 30th September. Tug will reach location within 36hrs upon departing. We set a target date on the 24th September for departure.
